Tax Filing and other important Tax related deadlines

Individuals:

October 15, 2025: Extended deadline to file individual income tax returns (Form 1040) which may exempt penal not the interest if you owe taxes.

Businesses:

September 15, 2025: Extended deadline for S corporations and partnerships that filed for an extension.

October 15, 2025: Extended deadline for C corporations that filed for an extension.

Estimated Tax Payments for Individuals and Corporations

April 15, 2025: First quarter estimated tax payment due.

June 15, 2025: Second quarter estimated tax payment due.

September 15, 2025: Third quarter estimated tax payment due.

January 15, 2026: Fourth quarter estimated tax payment due.
